I’m a somatic practitioner and personal trainer in Florence, Alabama. I offer effective somatic sessions, as well as training sessions to help you honor and support your body.

PERSONALIZED SOMATIC SESSIONS

One on one somatic sessions, focused on embodiment by improving body awareness and through movement and breathwork. Reduce stress, develop deeper emotional expression,  and enhance your quality of life.

Customized PERSONAL TRAINING Sessions

One on one training sessions, focused on learning how to lift safely and effectively, educating you on nutrition, and developing a way of moving and eating that works well for you and your stage of life.

CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR

I am certified as a personal trainer with ISSA, a Women’s Health Coach with GGS, and a Postnatal Fitness Specialist with Jessie Mundell. Additionally, I am trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Interventions with The Embody Lab.

FLEXIBLE SESSIONS

Sessions are always tailored to what you need on that day. Some days you may feel ready to move and sweat, and other days your body may be asking for rest, breathing, and stretching. Together, we will meet and honor the body where it is. Virtual sessions upon request.

OPEN APPROACH

I am trauma informed, and practice from a body neutral and weight neutral perspective. ensuring a safe space for all bodies. No judgment in my sessions – I will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and support.

My passion is helping women learn to become more embodied and build confidence through trauma informed breathwork, mindfulness, and resistance training.

I work with my clients in developing deeper integration of mind and body through mindful movement, breathing, and eating patterns that are freeing and nourishing.

I’ve been serving women in The Shoals area both in person and virtually for the last 10 years, and am currently accepting new clients!

When working with the body- more specifically the nervous system- having a qualified and supportive instructor is key. I’ll make sure to understand your physical and emotional capacity, find the best time for your sessions, and guide you every step of the way.
